All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. We accept cash on collection, Paypal, bank transfer and personal cheques. Please note that all cheques must clear prior to delivery.

If you wish to place an animal on hold, we will accept a deposit of 25% of the cost of the reptile in order to do so. The reptile will remain on hold for two weeks. If the reptile isn’t paid for in full after the two weeks, the deposit is forfeited unless we have agreed in writing otherwise.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless the animal can no longer be provided.

We will contact you to discuss and arrange delivery. We will not ship in extreme weather conditions.

Delivery charges to most areas of the UK are £35 by a licensed animal courier; alternatively we have contacts with specialist reptile delivery companies if preferred. Prices will be advised.

We guarantee all of our reptiles to arrive alive, healthy and to be of top quality. We guarantee our reptiles to be properly sexed unless otherwise stated.

If your reptile has not arrived by 1pm please call us immediately, so that we can contact the courier and find out the status.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package.
